2.4 If you are accessing phfin on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions. However, note that Account sharing is prohibited under Section 4.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the phfin platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gambling regulations. phfin strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phfin platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms & Conditions. phfin reserves the right to close any Account where geographic ineligibility is identified.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to hold a phfin Account.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from phfin or from any other gambling platform under a PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program are not eligible to register or maintain a phfin Account for the duration of their exclusion period.
3.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phfin and its affiliated game providers are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
To access real-money gaming on phfin, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) phfin Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phfin reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including Real Money Funds, where fraud or abuse is identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfin Login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time passcode (OTP), or any other authentication credential with any third party. phfin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or social media. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have notified phfin of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.
phfin is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID). phfin may request additional documentation including proof of address and source of funds at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phfin may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
phfin reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. During a suspension, the Player may not place wagers or process withdrawals. phfin will endeavor to resolve suspensions promptly and will communicate the outcome to the Player via registered email.
phfin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. phfin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other method not listed herein.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Player's Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phfin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phfin Account holder. phfin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the phfin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phfin does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phfin will notify the Player via registered email prior to applying a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant Account balances. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by phfin are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the sum of the deposit and bonus. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
While Bonus Funds are active in a Player's Wallet, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is ₱500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
phfin employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, phfin reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the Account.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation. Real Money Funds are not affected by bonus expiry.

phfin publishes theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical return of a game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round, phfin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. If a Player disputes the outcome of a game round, they must submit a written complaint to phfin support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event, including the game name, date and time, and round or transaction ID. phfin will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. The decision of phfin following investigation is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phfin platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the phfin platform — including but not limited to the phfin brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of phfin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phfin platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any phfin content.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of phfin intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
10.1 phfin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. 10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to phfin collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.
10.3 phfin will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.4 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by phfin, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Data subject requests may be submitted to phfin's designated Data Protection Officer via the contact details in Section 16.

12.1 The phfin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phfin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game offered thereon.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfin's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 phfin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the phfin platform, even if phfin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 phfin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, or force majeure events.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits phfin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your phfin Account at any time by submitting a written request to phfin support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
13.2 Termination by phfin. phfin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) phfin is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) the Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; or (d) phfin reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account by phfin for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player following investigation, subject to any legal hold requirements. phfin's right to pursue legal remedies for losses caused by the Player's breach is not affected by Account termination.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the phfin platform shall first be submitted to phfin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phfin support in writing. phfin will endeavor to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phfin's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this section prevents phfin from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
15.1 phfin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phfin will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the phfin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
15.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at phfin.org/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
